I'm 23, work as a mechanic as a profession and hobby, plus lifting and very active weekends. I'm looking for some joint support supplement that's recommended by some of you guys. I have had good luck with animal products in that past but some of their stuff isn't the best value.

Cissus is one of the best things you can take for joints. Orange Triad also has a joint complex in it, so that taken in conjunction with a Cissus product like Joint Help would give you well-rounded joint protection.
Edit: Joint Help has something called Paractin in it, too, which is a pain reliever. So you get long term joint protection from the Cissus + immediate pain relief from the paractin.Last edited by EPolis13; 12-08-2014 at 08:00 PM.

If you get Orange Triad or Orange Triad + Greens, you get both your multivatmin AND joint support (+ Greens if you go that route). iForce Joint Help is also awesome (and would be my choice as a standalone joint product).

Orange Triad + Joint Help = always in my stash.
Plus, as pointed out above, Paractin is a pretty cool ingredient. Cy did an awesome review on the ingredient back when we were creating Joint Help >>> http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=143310573goodbros, always and forever.

Orange Triad fits the bill nicely as it has a joint complex as good as stand alone joint products and more. Plus its 45 days worth
Joint Help is another good productLast edited by powercage; 12-09-2014 at 07:48 AM.

Just started cissus + Elastamine last night, been really feeling it in my joints since I bumped up intensity on your advice bob. Other then added joint pain so far so good, trimmed my long lifts down to about 1.5 hours and my normal lifts to around an hour. Sweating alot more during too. Numbers took a hit but they will come back up.___----Xtend Representative----___
