white rice and chicken.... not very calorie dense lol. A pound of chicken is what, 500calories?
Get on dat ground beef time, peanut butter, make high calorie protein shakes, etc.░░░░█▒▒▄▀▀▀▀▀▄▄▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▄▄▀▀▀▀▀▀▄

If you only eat that all day then you are doing it wrong.... jk not srs
My friend could not gain weight for chit and he did this and put on 25 pounds and he put on mostly muscle by some miracle but here it is...
One Large Vanilla Milkshake with 1 sleeve of oreos before bed
5 PB and J's throughout the day
And he ate as much protein as he could handle
On top of his regular meals
he was the kind of kid who could lose 5 pounds in a day from not bulking that day*Mechanical Engineering Crew*

lol, no wonder you aren't gaining, you aren't eating enough calories no matter how full you feel.
what should you eat?
beef, fish (salmon), eggs, peanut butter, potatoes, cheese, milk
You want calories in your food and unless you're eating kfc, chicken isn't doing you any favorsDon't forget to rep parkchesterbrah
Man, he looks ticked! I wouldn't wanna be me right now, but I don't have a choice

Too clean. I mean the chicken and rice is a very good meal but you need more calories. Get some oats, granola, peanut butter, greens, beef, fish, ect.. Mix it up a little. If you can't get or don't have a lot of that try to substitute in a mass or protein shake.

thanks, btw I take 2 scoops of whey protein with breakfast every morning, it has little carbs in it, u think I should switch to one that has like 40g of carbs?
Get most of your protein/calories from food.
The biggest mistake you can make right now is leaning on protein shakes to get you where you want to be.
Eat a lot and don't rely on the shakesDon't forget to rep parkchesterbrah

This, that meal is a fraction of what I eat in one meal.
If you're not gaining weight then you need to eat more, it's as simple as that. You can track calories but I just go by the scale and how full I feel.
Also try nutritional yeast srs, you can easily add 600 calories to your meal. It's cheap and tastes like cheese.
