Ive heard that there are great benefits to both of these anyone have any extra
insight on which is better as far as regulating blood sugar levels.
Ive never supplemented with either but during contest prep my blood sugar levels
are pretty unstable due to the rigors of carb cycling and what not.
so i'm in my prep now from nationals in 5 weeks. Ideas?

I would head to Nutrition Section sure there are some helpful tricks or tips to help you battle those blood sugar issues from your show prep.
