Hey I have been working out for 6 months and im 16.
At first I could train really hard at the gym the first month but then it started getting worse, i am tired before i even get to the gym. Now my question is , how do i recover from overtraining? I have tried to rest for couple of days but my arms/body are still tired and my arms tense. I do full body workout Besides legs. So i only work from my hip up.. So How can I get all the energy i had at the beginning back so i can make some gains becuase right now it seems like im not making any muscles.

My deloads last a whole week. If you've been pushing way too hard and not deloaded in a long time or not deloaded ever you might even need longer than that. Trust me, it's worth it in the long run both for gains and your overall health.
Gym best lifts
Squat - 370 lb x 1 rep Strict OHP - 150 lb x 4 rep
Bench Press - 270 lb x 1 rep Deadlift - 340 lb x 3 rep

Fuk wat?? LOL?
Look heres the thing, if you think your overtrained, take a week off then if your weaker you weren't doing enough if your stronger then you were overtrained and needed that time. IMO boxing should not make that big of a difference unless your training like 6-7 hours, I knew a girl who lifted and ran marathons and always asked why she didn't make gains LOL you can only do so much without compromising something else.

feeling weak ever since i started training?
so first.. i was doing nothing, i was the typical nerd skinny/fat body with a lot of energi and i felt like i could do anything i wanted... but then one day i thought yeah lets start and work out so i started going 2 the gym and boxing everyday for about 4 months, then i cut it down to like 5 days a week... until 6-7 months passed it was 3 days a week. But ever since i started Im feeling weak, I can't use all my force that i feel like i have, i am tired for no reason, i don't feel anything.. i react slow, I'm worse at things i was really good at, i can't run as fast.. etc ... What is this??? I wanna get all my energy i had back ... !! WHAT HAPPEN to MA BODY!? I'm 17 btw ....
So now I've been training for almost 10 months and i feel weaker?

To be honest, I doubt sleep makes a big difference... I sleep like 6-7 hours mon-fri and like 10 hours on weekends...
I do drink a lot water when i train...
And yes i eat healthy lol... I think its more than that... I think i ****ed up something in my body for training 2 much?
i know sleep makes difference but i meant 1 hour less sleep won't do much lol

Sleeping makes some difference, my man.
Yeah, about that. It doesn't work like that, water uses about 6 hrs or so to get to the muscles, you have to drink all day, drink about 0.5-1. liter in the morning and keep on drinking throughout the day. It doesn't work like you dont drink **** till you hit the gym with your 10 liter bottle.
Well, it could be that too. Try taking a week off, then go again for like 3-4 times a week?

Yeah i did take a week of.. i still felt the same lol i was like wtf.. i think i need more rest than that.. but my gym card expires in like 2 months so I'm probably gonna quit the gym then( hate 2 say it) and only do boxing... will i need less sleep , water etc if i only do boxing??? I'm sure it doesn't require much.
