He put the Food on a dirty plate from the sink and poured the protein from a clean glass into a dirty one from the sink with what seems to be leftover protein in it with sink water.

This is not the first time. In the past we've seen him do scambald eggs, flaming oatmeal and of course his speciality, microwaved steak with mustard.

He has a few cooking videos
In one he burns oatmeal, by forgetting to mix it in water. Instead he just put dry oatmeal in a microwave.
In the other he puts a couple of steaks in a cold George Foreman grill, then keeps opening it every like 15-20 seconds to say how nicely they're coming out. As they really lay there in a gooey raw mess.
