    Question Arms get temporarly bigger well working out, WHY and is this a good sign

    So im not a very big guy but im on meds that im tapering off of cause i dont like how they make me feel and act, but anyway they made me but on 35lbs or so in 3 years. So i started working out again i did a breif workout to warm up and wake up my upper body muscles. My biceps are 11 inches. and i started to workout and they got to 11.5. Is this a good sign will i build muscle.

    It's called a pump. When you work out bloods fills your muscles. Also you create microscopic tears that can make your muscles temporarily swollen.

    So if this is happening and if I'm feeling a burn feeling in my arms I should put on muscle then, at a microscope growth. Lol.

    i wouldn't necessarily say you're building at a microscopic level, but muscle indeed builds slowly (if you're natty). and yes, you experienced a pump.

    That's a pump lol, it's supposed to happen when you lift. It'll go back to normal in a few hours, and then if you're lucky you will permanently be a little bigger.
