chromium 6 catalyses glucose oxidation
It allows it to be oxidised ('used') during respiration etc. in terms of ADT and allowing your muscles to do work.
chromium allows more fat to oxidise ----> more glucose ----> more energy -----> lift more -----> bigger muscles
he didnt say it directly converts it to fat you dumkunt
