Hmmm… what's your diet and workout routine?
In 6 months I dropped 25lbs and went from 20%+ bf to 12%. Now I've lost a total of 30lbs and I'm under 10% bf…
But it's bulking season for me so my numbers are gonna change.
Depending on your diet (macros), your workout routine, your intensity of your workouts is going to determine your end result. Unless you have set plans you're going to plateau, or lose weight really slowly.
Try calculating your macros and begin meal prepping at the beginning of the week. And there are a ton of good (free) workouts here on bb. I completed Greg Plitts MFT28 last year. I lost weight and gained strength. Right now I'm doing Steve Cooks Hypertrophy workouts. But if you eat sh*tty food and your diet sucks your workouts will be waisted. My Fitness Journey:

keep cutting aim for .5-1 lb per week weight loss. lift heavy and get on a beginner full body routine. try drinking a strong cup of coffee before your workouts, this will give fat loss and your workouts boost. keep a close eye on your calories and weight loss, adjust accordingly to continue losing .5-1lb weight loss per week.

Keeo cutting weight.
Me personally when im on a cut i dont eat any fast food or drink liquir & alot of it because i like to train myself to be more strict with my diet. You have alot more weight to lose though bro, keep at it but yea i dont agree with your choice of 2 cheat meals + drinking once a week.

all those tdee calculators don't mean squat, they might come close to your tdee, but the only way you will find your true tdee is through trial and error. the way to find it is to closely track your calories and watch the scale, whatever amount of calories it takes to lose .5-1lb a week is what you want to stick to. if you want to be on point you're going to have to weigh all your food, track your macros and calories, monitor your weight and adjust accordingly.

This sounds like a great to spin your wheels, and not make much progress...
OP -- If you want to make progress, you need to count calories, not "For the most part". You need to be strict and consistent. You can still drink and whatever you just need to maintain a deficit. Not to knock your progress (as I see some), but you could have made much better progress in 5 months if you had been counting everything correctly and were on a good lifting routine. For comparison, my avi was a 6 month cut, losing about 25 pounds, coming off a bulk. Cutting can be difficult after a while but you can safely lose 1-2 lbs a week without sacrificing much if any muscle as long as you are hitting your protein and fat requirements. Keep it going bro!*IIFYM*
