What the heck would they be concentrating? The granules are already @ like 97% phosphatides.
Btw, the number of gels you have to take will be from 25-50 gels (as that equals 2-4 tablespoons, the 1.5 grams of PA could fall into a serving size anywhere from 2-4 tablespoons, you're just shooting in the dark thus taking a little bit more is better than taking too little in this case, the reason due to soy lecithin not actually being standardized for concentration of any particular phospholipid).Completed Logs & Reviews:

got it thanks. ill just do 15 pre 15 post for now or ill just down a bottle a day. id still rather choke down pills than carry the granules. As it is I take like 25 pills plus when I wake up so I dont have a problem drinking a **** ton of pills. I just down 15 in one gulp lol actually 16 because I had a pill of Core Hard lol. if my stomach is fine with the 15 ill bump up to 20. but at that point it ends up becoming about the same price to just buy phosphamuscle lol but still worth a shot. The bottle I got is like 200 pills ill just buy a bottle every few days or ill suck it up and do the granules eventually

I think at one point or another I've taken that many pills first thing in the morning, at least that many. Currently I believe my pill count is 15 first thing in the morning. 8 post workout. Another 9 around late morning/early noon. Another 8 at night.
One of the reasons there are so many damn pills is because some of the products I'm using... a serving is a lot of friggin pills. I'm also counting my vitamins and health stuff in there as well :PCompleted Logs & Reviews:

^This. I've thrown them in one of those little funnels that are like $2 or free with a $75 order. Or use one of those little sample size tubs from a preworkout or amino supp. Half the time they come free with a full-size supp, so just save one and use it to carry granules. That said, taking 5 pills is still easier and less weird in public. I still think the granules taste good though haha.
All the pills you bought are are the granules in pill form. Mediator isn't concentrating for phosphatides, it's concentrating for PA specifically. That's how they manage to get it into 5 pills with something like PhosphaMuscle, because it's concentrated to 50% instead of 4-7% or whatever SL is (can't remember, MuscleUpCrohns has it posted if you want to look back though).Olympus Labs Representative

yeah I get it now and ill just dump into a bag or w.e good idea.
So far with 15 pills my stomach is perfectly fine. So if no problems then I guess that should mean I can handle chewing the granules but maybe not. Gonna finish this bottle then in a few days go get the granulesInstagram: hyruliangoat_
