I know that, just feel horribly fat. Since I tend to blank out my memory when I have bad days etc. and since I had a few months of that with all the stuff going on, it feels like I went into a coma with the summer shred and woke up fat
It's bulking time, so just need to get my head set on gettin fat and bloated Dont mind the fat gain once I get my mind set on it, since I am weird and actually kinda enjoy cutting. Which is probably why my bulks always turn into a somewhat dirty bulk.My story going from obese to fit while battling daily chronic headaches:

Copy pasta
What happens when you've been Christmas shopping all day and decide at the last minute to get your tires replaced tonight, but you're hella hungry, 'cause all you've eaten today is a couple cheese and cracker samples at Costco? You come up with an impromptu fusion dinner: spicy ahi poke and multigrain tortilla chips. Picnic style.
Actually, I didn't have any utensils in the car, so I had to improvise with the chips. It's actually a pretty good combo. Lol
Sorry for the poor presentation. The poke container fell to the ground twice. Whoops. Good thing it was sealed tight.

I think I meant Black Benedict Arnold Broad (not sure), so 0/4 points for you.
I don't even know how to follow up on that one. But it's looking a little slimy, and maybe a little to close to "shark week". Might involve Jager shot.
I've been to several white people weddings, never witnessed the hokey pokey yet. I think its' a racist myth.Way more Xtreme Fitbitter than MissLadyJ or kureransu

lol at racist myth.
csb whats a honkey tonk? i hear that in every other country song...wth man.
and what you guys think of new terminator? barely heard about it like last week. wasnt excited about then i saw the cast. got excited, then i remembered the mother of dragons is a **** actress. but it sitll has arnold. i saw the trailer and it was confusing.
but it reminded me of this awesome song. the cover version of it was playing, which pisses me off about hollywood man. so trendy in their production. i remember when inception came out with that loud blaring sound effect, so many other movie trailers started using it as well. the cover song of this has been used in dawn of the planet of the apes, person of interests, and assassins creed. it sucks. its like shame is a foreign concept to them.
the original is GOAT though.

Barb is the country music expert, but I think southern folk hold honkey tonks every other Sunday, right after the goat rope.
Well, initially mildly hung over because my dinner was rum, diet cokes, and ice cream. But mid-morning I went over to folks to clean roof/gutters and put up some lights. Then hung out with friends, while abstaining from alcohol.Last edited by csb5731; 12-06-2014 at 06:41 PM.

The joint starts jumpin every night when the sun goes down.
They got whiskey, women, music & smoke.
That's where all the cowboy folk go to boot scootin' boogie!
Oh yeah. Good stuff. It could probably even make CSB shake it all around. Lol

i only like the bluesy and older country. im too close minded with music unfortunately
i dont appreciate this newer bro country, or whatever csb called it last time.
i think people forget the cowboy originated from spain and mexico. and there is still a strong 'country' presence in mexicansI used to have an AVI of my traps and neck. I changed it a while back and tried editing my user title but this website is glitched and it will not let me change it anymore.

hello, all.
perfect timing
i took these pics for you all. this is one of mom's cars. she had to get it towed 130 miles yesterday. luckily she was with me so we took the trip together. the first pic is a view of her car through the rearview mirror of the tow truck.
that feeling when you fall asleep, wake up and realize the driver is staring at you. other than that he was fine.
and i've done the hokey pokey. we learned it in school up here.start where you are

What happened Cap? Why did it have to get towed for far?
********
Ya, I was procrastinating on the tires, because of the expense. I have a few trips coming up soon though, so I needed to get them replaced. I didn't want to get a blown tire somewhere in the mountains. I had to wait for my mom to finish shopping, so to kill the time, I started calling all the shops close by. This place had the kind of tires I needed in stock, and the guy said he could do it in about an hour. He was also my lowest quote at $750 out-the-door. Done deal!
Next up, is figuring out what kind of snow chains i need.

i got excited when i heard your tires lasted 50k miles. even though you said that was a little bit...
obviously i dont know anything about cars, but if you ride like a softy like me on a motorcycle, youre lucky to get 10k miles. granted its only two wheels, but still.
i got this car so i can take trips as well. havent planned anything though lolI used to have an AVI of my traps and neck. I changed it a while back and tried editing my user title but this website is glitched and it will not let me change it anymore.

break work. that and whatever else she's getting done is going to cost 1.4k. :/ she wanted to get it towed closer to her house and her premium AAA membership gives her one 200 mile tow per year for free. she also gets some additional 100 mile tows.
she was going to look at new cars since she has a few older cars now, but in the end she chose to go with the repair.

There are three subjects that I hate dealing with, and my brain hurts thinking about:
1. Auto maintenance and repair;
2. Lawn and irrigation maintenance, and
3. Home maintenance and repair (besides hanging sh!t up and spackling walls.)
I had no clue if 50,000 miles was good or not. I thought it was low, but Hummina said it was higher than average. I guess I should feel lucky, because I am an aggressive driver. These new tires have a 60,000 mile warranty, and they're supposed work well on snow or ice.
I've got more trips planned than I have time.
Ouch! Pricey. Why does she have so many cars? Lol
Ya, I have trips planned about every 2 weeks from now until the end January.

Legal, i just tried to write the thread's cliffs for you but i'm giving up on that now. :P
plan a trip now, maybe? where would you like to go? (you: "i can't really take the car anywhere since i only like Germany.")
all day hikes? you'll be staying in hotels or returning home each day?
lol! i'm not sure whose name they're in, but between my mom and dad, right now they have 4 cars. two are up here and two are in FL. they're all in decent condition but only two are necessary. my brother's wife's car needs to be replaced and mom and dad were thinking of offering them one of their "spares" while they shop around.start where you are

lol! yes. that's the reason. i'm a li'l sleepy.
today i spent 1.5 hrs shoveling icy wet snow from a long driveway. that makes three such workouts in the last week or so, and there are two Nor'easters heading our way.
have you been posting Straya pics somewhere? your log, maybe? i've been meaning to share some pics from NYC. lemme see here...
if i had all those destinations within reach i suppose i would go out and try to conquer many of them also. i'm so impressed, though. you've done so many of those hikes solo.start where you are

I saw a quote on Pinterest months ago: "I was never going to go anywhere if I waited for someone to come with me." That really applies to me. I don't know many people my age who can just take off for a whole day or weekend, let alone 10 days. Dang kids.
I love going solo. It's peaceful. When I tell people I go by myself, they (the women especially) say similar things. They say I'm really brave, etc. I don't really understand that. I don't find it courageous at all. It's sad to me when a grown woman says she rarely does things by herself and would never consider hiking solo.
My favorite sleepy kitty gif has got to be this one.

@ wallyworld yesterday I was shopping in the baking aisle when a woman yelled out, "Mom, do we have any confessional sugar?" She must have been feeling guilty about the frosting?

hahaha, that's awesome. another wallyworld story. as some know, i work for a frozen food company that makes pizza, red baron, freschetta, and such. i was in the backroom of one of the walmarts with my truck driver pulling a delivery, when one of the employees looked at my shirt, asked "Red baron? what's that? a type of fish?"
we couldn't contain our laughter.....and that made her feel bad.February 2009 - 295lbs - never again...

i had to look up the Red Baron brand just now, Hummina.:P
i did fall asleep. cute kitten. g'nite, Barb.
nope. it's brave but i'm glad you're taking the risk... idk. every day we weigh the risks, right? necessary vs. unnecessary ones. people who lift 400 lbs are taking on unnecessary risks. you decide for yourself what consequences you're willing to live with.
we have the Appalachian Trail up here so i was looking for a list of assaults on the trail (i remembered the story of a rape a few years ago) when i found this just now http://appalachiantrials.com/guns-youll-need/
"If you find yourself alone with a stranger giving you bad vibes, make a choice and take the appropriate action to keep yourself safe and comfortable."
i lol'd... anyway, she's against carrying guns on the trail. looks like she sometimes partners up with the people she meets on hikes. i know you carry a knife and i think i read that you have a spray?
here's another http://appalachiantrials.com/danger-...chian-trail-2/. can't tell. i think this was written by a girl? she has a hiking partner, though.
and another. http://appalachiantrailgirl.com/2014...to-avoid-them/
all are saying the risks are low.
my primary concerns re. hiking solo (for a guy or girl) are about wildlife - bobcats and bears, etc., and injuries. in my area there's also the weather. (specific to me - i'd need to take some classes on general preparedness and navigation. my brother was a boyscout - i was never a girlscout.)
lol! i had to use some confectioner's/powdered sugar in my coffee and i was thinking - wth's in this?! according to wiki, it has a small amount of an "anti-caking" agent in it.
...
