I haven't taken body building very seriously until this year, I have lost 35lb's and hope to lose atleast 15 more. My brother introduced me to lifting years ago when I was in middle school I saw all the supplements he took and now that I'm 17 I have started taking more vitamins, and pre workouts.
I have taken all kinds of preworkouts now....I never get energy or endurance from pre workouts.
The one preworkout that I currently take is 1 M.R Vortex i have gotten the best results from it however, I have to take two scoops and I can still barely feel it. It also gives me a terrible stomach ache for about half an hour, but I understand that is common.
I take pre workout on an empty stomach ( I have tried on a full stomach before )
Only thing I can think of is as a child about 10 years ago I drank a lot of soda, like close to two liters a week. However I quit about 5 years ago and haven't touched a soda since.
I also notice a lot of pills don't work on me either, I get migraines frequently and have tried probably 15 different types of pills and only one of those pills work on me.
