    What is wrong with my chest?

    Why is my chest so ugly? I don't see anyone else with a chest like mine.
    It bothers me so much. I see guys that are like 25% body fat with a round chest, and then there's me, with a fu**ing saggy ass side chest.
    Can you guys please tell me what you think is the problem? Too fat? Not enough muscle? Genetics? Serious answers please. This is killing me and it's making me feel so unmotivated.

    Here's some pics

    I'm 5'9, 155 lbs.

    here's my 4/5 month weight loss transformation at the bottom from 180lbs to 155lbs.

    Also here's what my chest routine looks like.
    Twice a week
    3 sets 8-12 reps each
    Flat Bench Press
    Incline Dumbbell Flies
    Weighted Dips (with plate)
    Decline Dumbbell Press
    Cable Flies

    Have you ever eaten to gain muscle ? I may be wrong but looks as if you dont have much muscle mass and thats what the issue is

    Eat to grow , go on a calorie surplus , workout macro nutrient ratios and be consistent in the gym . Your chest will grow when your body isn't in a deficit

    I don't I tend for this to be offensive but I a haven't really seen any Asian dudes with especially impressive chests. I see no reason why you won't have a decent one but I'm gonna suggest that maybe it won't be your strong point. Dem tris though

    around 15%bf + lack of muscle=your chest

    just fit your macros, get on a surplus and lift and it should look better in a few months.

    Congratulations on the body fat loss. I think you are doing too many exercises for the chest at your current level of training. You are not that experienced to get maximum development from all those exercises. Pick the Flat bench press and the weighted dips and drop the remaining exercises. Go as heavy as you can for 8 to 10 reps with proper format and with sufficient rest between sets to complete 3 to 4 sets. Twice a week is okay.
    How can you visualize training a muscle if you don't know its structure?

    I thought cutting down my body fat to 10% would be smart, but I realize there is no muscle to cut down to. Thank you guys so much for your replies, I really appreciate it!

    Thats definitely not 10%. Id' say 15%+ easily. But as mentioned already, you need more muscle, and then lean down.

    thers nothing wrong with the foundation. it just looks to me like you store slightly more fat around your pecs than most people. like said already, there doesnt appear to be much muscle in the first place so get at it and hits the weights harder and youl be fine

    Add some more mass first man, just hit your chest when you workout, slow controlled movements really feeling it work the chest, once you've done that then you can start working upper chest. Just get some size first.
