I've gone from 54 to 78 kg in just 7 months.
This is my transformation so far.
I do not have my measurements from the start, but I have measurements from March 31, 2014
Arms: 31.5 cm
Chest: 94 cm
Thighs: 54 cm
Calves: 35 cm
Measurements now:
Arms: 36.5 cm
Chest: 101 cm
Thighs: 61.5 cm
Calves: 41 cm
I'd like to hear some feedback.

I hope so atleast.
That's what I am doing, never going a day without pushing myself to become better.
Thank you so much. It motivates me so much to get all this positive response. I ran 3,600 for quite a long time, I changed it up to 3,200 now though to pack on less fat, and it works really well for me as of the moment.

Here is a picture of my legs btw.Last edited by Pathor; 08-29-2014 at 11:43 AM.

Doing good OP, nice to see a teen working to get mass while they are in the best place to do so instead of trying to get Myspace ripped. Keep going like this and you will be in beast mode by the time you're 18.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

Starting at 16 with those testosterone levels will help you immensely man. Those are some solid gains. I will tell you from personal experience, lifting in HS was definitely the fastest bulk I have ever done. You're gonna be a beast.
