Hi,
I have a real problem with my ankle mobility especially in the dorsiflexion and it keep me from doing a proper squat or snatch.
Because of this I have to bend over excessively in order to keep balance and not fall back.
Do you guys know any good ankle mobility program or routine that I can use in order to fix that?
I"ve been searching on the internet but I'm french and it's hard for me to read all the aticles and separate the good from the bad

I tried doing the one in the video in an attempt to also improve my ankle flexibility and honestly I don't think it's gonna give you the best stretch you can get since your heels can possibly come off the floor, and it's kinda painful to have a plate loaded barbell resting on your legs so it'll make you drop the bar off faster. Instead what I did was go to a seated calf raise machine and just let the weight push my heels down as far as they could go for like a minute. Best stretch I ever felt in my ankle. I'll likely do this every workout and increase the weight a little each time it gets easier. Definitely try this, OP, I don't think you'll be sorry. Another thing you can do if you lack access to a calf raise machine and you can't get to the position in the video is put a small plate (maybe 2.5 or 5 pounds) on your toes and force your knees out with your bodyweight while holding on to something (like a power rack). The plate will prevent you for the most part from going on your toes and it's a really good stretch as well. I'm sure within at least a month of doing this my ankle flexibility will be wayyyy better than before. Hope this helped, brah, we're gonna make it lol
