Chris Tuttle is a versatile, talented, and well-rounded individual. A jack of all trades. He’s not only a personal trainer, he’s also an elite athlete having earned his IFBB Pro card in November 2013. Chris is not just a clinically trained Registered Dietitian (R.D.), he’s also an academic and educator, having lectured on Nutrition at the University of St. Joseph and the American International College in the School of Health Sciences. But aside from the accomplishments on the stage and behind a podium, he’s also an entrepreneur, having started his own business, Nutrition for You. So unlike nearly every other pro bodybuilder in the IFBB pro ranks, Chris has the experience and necessary chops to talk science, nutrition, training, performance and dieting.
The importance of nutrition was evident early in Chris’s life when he was diagnosed with hypoglycemia at the age of ten. He learned, first hand, the importance eating multiple, smaller meals that contained a balance of complex carbohydrates and protein. This had a practical and measurable outcome – it resulted in stabilizing his blood sugar as a child.
As he got older, Chris never lost interest in nutrition. He eventually received his bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of New Haven. From there, he expanded his understanding of nutrition by completing a Dietetic Internship at Stony Brook University Hospital in New York. After leaving New York, he continued to study in greater detail and eventually earned a Master’s degree in Nutrition from the University of Saint Joseph. With this education and having experience from working in an acute care setting at a Connecticut hospital, Chris has come to realize just how important proper nutrition is to good health, especially for those who engage in exercise.
But for Chris, it doesn’t end with book knowledge or classroom and hospital learning. As a pro bodybuilder, there’s also the invaluable experience he’s gleaned from all the time spent in the gym – real world applications of what he’s learned all these years. It’s this marriage of education and experience, of theory and practice, which makes Chris really unique.
Today, Chris loves to educate people about the power of nutrition on performance and derives great satisfaction helping them to achieve their personal goals. His company’s mission is to share this love of nutrition, training and proper supplementation with others in the hope that this knowledge will serve others as well as it has served him.
By joining Universal, Chris now has another platform upon which to continue this vital mission. As Chris tells us,
"Since I first started bodybuilding, Universal products have always been a part of my supplement regime. My interest in Universal began as far back as 2005 when I personally began to see the effectiveness of their products. I have a lot of respect for their quality and for the integrity of their advertising and marketing. Universal makes its own products and doesn’t outsource the manufacturing process. I really believe this guarantees a truly superior product."

Dunno if anythin is currently in the works but ya can be sure vids are comin as vids are an area Corporate has really been focusin on lately for both Universal and Animal... If ya got a vid ya like to see with CT, post it up man.
I think CT is pretty unique among all pro bodybuilders in that he's got a nutrition degree and extensive background in nutrition/science in a legit way. So when it comes to nutrition in particular, he brings experience as a bodybuilder and combines it with knowledge as a healthcare professional. Dont know any other IFBB pro bodybuilder who is an R.D. and has a Masters in Nutrition. But to answer ur question, I think wut Universal will do, as they always do, is let the athlete be himself... And educate and inspire those in the bodybuildin community.
Drop him a line and ask him questions here, for anyone interested... http://www.universalusa.com/Communit...o-Chris-TuttleLast edited by Universal Rep; 08-01-2014 at 07:37 AM.

Congrats to Chris Tuttle and Universal for their combined efforts in the fitness industry. Any chance of having Chris Tuttle over here to start a Q&A thread so we can ask him questions about nutrition?
"I was laying in bed one night and I thought ‘I’ll just quit — to hell with it.’ And another little voice inside me said ‘Don’t quit — save that tiny little ember of spark.’ And never give them that spark because as long as you have that spark, you can start the greatest fire again.”
