Things haven't been sour. The Swedish govt. is composition of SJW's and anti semites, add to that the fact that Sweden is pretty a much a Muslim country by now.

Regardless of the above, Swedish-Israeli cooperation is great. Swedes are very interested in Israeli technologies, scientists, and of course security expertise as Sweden finds itself (what a surprise) in a growing need of ability to handle Muslim terrorists. Right now, there is a high ranked Swedish security delegation in Israel, begging Israel to teach them how to deal with Muslims.

Depends how you define "things"... Sweden is an ultra liberal country, even in geopolitical region which is already considered very liberal, politically speaking there isn't much love loss between Israel and Sweden.

However, "things" are dramatically different if you look at the cooperation between the two countries in non political issues such as science, technology, trade, financial, etc.

An Israeli legal group with intimate ties to the state’s intelligence agencies has admitted to faking an ostensibly pro-Palestinian ******** page and using it to post anti-Semitic statements including “Death to all the Jews.”

The Israeli group has also filed a lawsuit against ********, for allegedly permitting Palestinian “incitement.”

Shurat HaDin claims to be a “civil rights organization.” Various media reports have described it as an “Israeli non-governmental organization,” an “advocacy group,” or even a neutral-sounding “law center” – the group’s self-description also adopted by The Guardian and PBS.

But US embassy cables leaked by Chelsea Manning and published by WikiLeaks tell a very different story.

Shurat HaDin director Nitsana Darshan-Leitner privately told a US embassy official that her group “took direction” on which court cases to pursue. She claimed that she “receives evidence” from Israel’s international espionage and assassination agency Mossad and from Israel’s National Security Council.

At some point soon after, the page posted a cartoon about the Israeli threat to al-Aqsa mosque, along with the statement: “Revenge against the zionist enemy that threatens Al Aqsa! Death to all the jews! [sic]”

This organization, "Shurat Hadin" made two almost identical ******** pages. One of them was anti Israel, and one of them was anti Palestinian. They then reported both pages to ******** for incitement. The anti Palestine page was quickly taken down, while the anti Israel page stayed up. Then Shurat Hadin exposed this, which caused ******** to take down the anti Israel page too, out of embarrassment. Shurat Hadin is suing ******** for anti Israel bias, and this case adds to their evidence.
