Just a quick question for the more scientific members, I am trying to find out if there is a specific time in relation to eating patterns/sleep ect that the body dips into fat stores and when does the body shift between lipogenesis and lipolysis? For example will a large meal stop lipolysis altogether or does it continue at a reduced rate. I know weight gain or loss is a result of calories in or out across a week or so but is it gained/lost in real time or is there a delay (long post sorry)
