I have tried both the Choco and the CnC. Both were awesome with greek yogurt and protein. The other night I had lactose free/gluten free cheesecake froyo with PB cups and 3 scoops Choco BioGro and it was awesome! Post leg day of course...

We were hoping to have all the loggers post directly to this thread. This way all the loggers and reps can interact with each other. You can totally have your own log if you want. I'll leave it up to you. ... I read your initial thoughts. I agree - it tastes just like ice cream!!

Alright everyone I was originally supposed to be logging the strawberry banana swirl Bio-Gro but I received CnC instead! I'm on my phone right now so I will post any pics when I can get to a computer.
For my first day of Bio-Gro I split up the dosing to one scoop Preworkout and one scoop with my postworkout shake.
Preworkout: mixed well in 6 ounces of water. The taste was very bland but I'd assume that was from using only one scoop with so much water but it definitely wasn't bad! I will try to use less water and see how that goes tomorrow!
Postworkout: threw a scoop in with my chocolate Isopure to add some flavor! 8 ounces of milk and the scoops of protein + CnC Bio-Gro was delicious! It tasted like a double chocolate chip cookie!
I had an intense arm workout so I'm definitely going to need the added recovery from Bio-Gro after today!NPC Competitor

Alright, so yesterday was my leg day
Squat 5x5
250 x 5
255 x 5
260 x 5
265 x 5
275 x 4 (failed on 5)
Deadlift
225 x 8
275 x 5
315 x 5
345 x 3
Straight leg deadlift with 135 pounds. I went really slowly.
2 sets of 8
40 yard lunge walk with 25 pound dumbbells
Leg Extensions
160 x 8
145 x 8
145 x 8
130 x 10
Calf raises with 50 pound dumbbells
25 feet straight
25 feet pointed inward
25 feet pointed outward
And today was push day for me, but I didn't have as much time as I would have hoped so I just concentrated on chest
Flat barbell bench
185 x 15
225 x 8
225 x 7
225 x 5
245 x 3
Decline barbell bench
225 x 8
245 x 6
225 x 6
185 x 10
Incline barbell bench
185 x 6
175 x 5 (really starting to hurt at this point)
155 x 7
Cable flies
50 pounds on each side and I did 3 sets of 15 and supersetted with pushups to failure each time. 1st set I got 8 pushups, second I got 5, third I got 4.
Decline kettlebell flies
30 pound kettlebells for a set of 12
EDIT: I also had 2 scoops for breakfast and 2 scoops about an hour after my workout. Mixed the breakfast ones with some soy milk and it was a tiny bit clumpy but maybe I didn't shake it well enough. I like the flavor plenty when I mix it with water so I'm gonna stick to that. got home and... BOOM!!!
Couldnt wait so i mixed a scoop with 8oz of water and think thats a bit to much water. There wasnt much taste to it. Tomorrow im do it with 6oz of milk and see how it taste. Haha, legs are unbelievably sore. Going up and down steps today was pretty rough. No pain, no gain! I like being sore after a lift. Also, my quadriceps muscles are starting to show a bit!
Yeah I like supersetting at the end of the workout. One last big push before I'm free. I usually grab 50lb dumbbells and superset dumbbell bench after flat barbell bench too but forgot about that today
I took some before pics so I'll get those posted eventually. Really hoping to see a difference in the after pics!
