Doesnt matter if your family has strong hair, youll still loose most of your hair. Look at all pro bodybuilders, most of them are bold too.

No pain no gain though, amirite?

He's being sarcastic. Please dear god look at the other 10 creatine threads posted today/yesterday. Read.

3-5g a day for 30 days to reach saturation, then 3-5g per workout day following to maintain. No hairloss. It's the most researched supplement. Examine.com. Look up creatine. Do some of your OWN research instead of asking. You didn't even attempt to read any other thread as I can see at least 2 on the front page about creatine.

Creatine does not cause hairloss. I dont know where you got this.
Take 5g on workout days for a month then 3-5g on workout days after that
    no loading/cycling necessary.

If you're referring to the same study I'm thinking about, then the researchers had their subjects consume 25 grams of creatine monohydrate per day for a 7-day loading phase.

A creatine loading phase is unnecessary for you. Read the above posts.

If you think creatine causes hair loss.. don't touch the stuff. Clearly goes to show you did ZERO research.

There are hundreds of threads in this forum about creatine. I personally don't think you'll find one that mentioned hair loss as a side effect. I understand your concern taking a product for the first time. Just stick with the recommended dosage of 5 grams a day...no loading is necessary with products you find out there on the shelves today.

    Quoted from Examine.com:

DHT is connected to hair loss in people genetically susceptible to hair loss

Creatine has been implicated once in increasing DHT. The study has not been replicated, and direct studies between creatine and hair loss have not been conducted

I had a kidney failure in my 20s unrelated to creatine. I have been using creatine for years without issue. Oh and my hair is thinning but that being old and juiced.
