    I personally prefer Scream.

Based on its cheaper, and I have bulk Betaine that I use (split dosing vs bolus dosing). And with 3 grams of L-Cit in Scream, that is roughly the same amount found in Pre-Jym. The Malic Acid is not a deal breaker IMO.

Yeah makes sense. I originally went with Scream + Amino Recovery because 1) it's noticeably cheaper and 2) I was going to add additional BCAA's as I train fasted, and AR comes with additional >-Cit (bringing the total up to 4.5g) - plus this made the fact that Scream was cheaper even more appealing. I've never used Cit-Mal much, except once with a product with a huge prop. blend. With Scream, do you notice a difference when adding Betaine vs. without? I'm curious because I've read multiple sides about it as a performance supplement (Examine.com).

I dose the Betaine in the morning and post workout. Not ness. pre-workout.

Over-all since I've started using Betaine I've had some noticeable increases in Strength. Scream is just a flat out excellent pre workout.

Both excellent choices but it's JYM for me. Since money isn't an issue I use Post JYM as well being I've become a fan of simplicity and can reach the clinical doses rather easily this way. All preference here.

Yes Scream is fantastic. I've only been using it for a week (and can't comment on it specifically since I've always combined it with AR) but even fasted, that combo has pushed me through some solid workouts. I feel great even by the end. I think another week or two, after getting fully adjusted to "fasted" training, it will be even more noticeable.

I'll look into bulk Betaine - I could add a half dose it to my PWO on training days and add another half dose to my additional Beta-Alanine servings each day to spread them out. Thanks for the input.

Edit - Damn customs restrictions won't let me order either of the two cheapest Betain options. May have to look for them locally and see how the prices compare.

Yeah I did see that one. It looks a little more expensive, but fully does so probably balances out. Do you do 4 caps a day? or just 3 (which would be just over 2g combined of each type)?

I do 2 caps twice daily. That's for at total of 2 grams of Betaine a day.

Plus at that price its still a 6 week supply.

Makes sense. I'll definitely give it some thought, though it may have to wait past my next order (kind of pushing it already). Thanks again for the feedback.

The one thing Im not getting is the adding up of actual protein. In other words, 9g of Whey Isolate would be 8.10 g of actual protein, and the Micellar Casein and MPI arent 90% most likely....Im not saying the label is wrong- most likely I am....but Im not finding it to add up in PROTEIN grams, moreso with raw material grams, when it comes to the protein. Where am I going wrong???

I think the listed grams for each protein type is after having calculated exact protein. I doubt there's 9 g of 90% isolate in there.

Just like I forces whey. Has like 32.5 g micro particulate whey but then lists below 25g of actual protein

I guess the way its worded leaves some confusion----trying to add up the ingredient profile..

i guess now that Pro Jym has been active in the market, I am curious as to what you guys are still thinking. Me, I enjoy the hell out of S'mores. However, one thing I try to carefully monitor is the Sucralose. Its basically splendora amped up by 200%. I am curious as to what the equivalent in tsp we are getting per 1 serving. It can be a deal breaker for me as I try not to consume too much artificial sweetners.
