yeah it does seem chitty...i mean 10lbs for 70$....of course it prob tastes like chit
Anyways, decided to yolo it and ordered 4lbs Trutein Choco PB....fuuuuuuk it, going to use 2 scoops a day, should last me for a month. I mean its expensive but the tastes is worth it + its the best whey i ever tried, and when you compare the price to ON - it pretty much comes the same price per serving.
Besides cutting is hard as is, might as well enjoy the hngggest proats while im doing it

Chinese buffet yesterday and 12 slices of pizza today...back up to like 14-15% BF already. Think I may have to come back in here full-time again soon...especially after seeing fish's shredded glory on IG

Yup. My legs are pretty beat up right now from my obstacle race last weekend so I didn't even bother with signing up for anything besides bench. Got cuts and bruises all over them still, not to mention my legs and back got weaker during the cut even though upper body didn't.

when you guys are done cutting, how do you approach lean bulking? Do you guys do 200-300 calories over maintenance to put on muscle/strength while maintaining leanness or what? Never really bulked before and don't want to gain fat lul

Jumped on the bike today at the gym to do some light cardio work.
A middle aged lady comes in, eats a burger on the couch then jumps on the cross trainer for 10 mins and goes home.
All this, while she was wearing a scarf and sunnies.
Good entertainment. Took a pic see if i can upload soon

Brb getting shredded for end of summer
Do it up, brah. Picked up a few tanks, so feels good wearing them out. Got a few stares walking by the waters today, but felt self conscious 'cos I know I'm a bloated fat piece of chit right now.
Dirty bulk err'time.
Regret it err'time.★★★ Misc Super Smash Bros Champ ★★★

sometimes the strange so good youll say anything.
my D will be moving into your A really fast. nomsayin
if you weigh the same for at least 2 weeks or more. then drop them. a small change will get you moving again.
i went from 2500 to 2000 in 10 months & lost 30kg/ 60 something #.
i didnt do any cardio. & i would only suggest throwing in cardio if your calories are quite low & you cant hit your macros anymore.
unless you enjoy cardio & throw it in here & there to keep it interesting but not a main focus in regards to am i creating a deficit or how many calories am i burning, because the truth is. not that much.
your main focus should be lifting + deficit.
yes we do. weight watchers products are all very low calories. they have puddings etc. & we got skinny cow, chobani.
& we just got like 85% fat free cheddar cheese. 2020 we may even get fat free cheese.
i eat on the treadmill. you fukin mad?
lean bulking for naturals does not exist.
500 calorie surplus or over & lift. 500 calories is not "dirty bulking". if you cant handle putting on some fat in the off season then dont be natural. be like every other fukin filt out there.
you think you lost some weight once & thats it? then you're in the wrong hobby. if your not prepared to do whatever it takes. that means what ever it fkn takes then you will never make it.
because it takes dedication to prep over & over again because the gains are worth it. that is why we have on/off seasons. 15-30 week preps are pretty standard.
& there is a direct correlation between surplus calories & muscle gain.
that doesn't mean get obese because after a certain point in surplus calories it isnt worth it unless you are a fat PL & dont care how you look. because you will prob lose that cutting anyway.
but to assume you can eat just enough calories for muscle growth & hormonal response is just asinine.
i get it. you see people on gear in a 100-200 calorie surplus & you think you can do it too.
i see it all the time. people "lean bulk" cut back down look exactly the same year after year. i blame the industry & this generation for brainwashing people.
at the end of the day youll do what you want & if you want to waste your time fukin around then thats your choice.
