Seated Leg Curl Machine Hurts Knee (Advice?)

    Hi all,

I've been unable to get any success from the seated leg curl machine. I've tried every seat position, however each makes one of my knee caps feel it is going to pop out.

    Any tips?

If any exercise or machine causes joint pain, and changing body positioning or correcting your form doesn't fix the problem, find a substitute you can perform pain-free.
    No brain, no gain.

Strong this. Extensions/curls are very uncomfortable for many, not to mention some what unnatural. Throw in some lunges.
