    Very confused on what workout plan i should be on!!!

    need a little help on a plan to just lose belly fat and to bulk up upper body my legs are big enough as per my waist, i just wanna lose my beer gut and get huge in shoulder chest and arms.. anyhelp would be great.

    You're not going to be able to lose fat and gain muscle unless you're a newb. If you're just trying to lose fat then a calorie deficit with any non-retarded lifting program will work i.e. don't try to reinvent the wheel. I would suggest a 5x5 program with heavy compound lifts.

    Keep a close eye on your Kcals intake, makt sure it is from good meat/fish/veg/nuts etc and do lots of compound lifts imo.
