Browsing the MEN thread you sometimes come across a cookie or muffin with a lightly whey glaze, keeping in line with the bodybuilding aspect of protein rich foods. Sometimes you'll find yourself wondering if it's actually a glaze or some douchebag jizzed on his own food and took a picture of it. A miscer would of course.

Same here; my 2 good pairs of jeans barely fit anymore. And my 2 go-to shorts now have big rips in them and are unwearable.
I haven't gone clothes shopping since I was in Europe >1 year ago... I think it's about time.
I can't remember the last time I made/posted a cookie, muffin, or anything involving whey.
But let's just say there's a "secret ingredient" in all of my 'nut' butters...

squatting heavy tomorrow with about 3-4 hours of sleep
Just get your mind right and you will be good to go.
Rumble roll for about 5-10 minutes and loosen up your hips and hamstrings and BOOM

I had a decent enough lift just felt hard.
Bench on the other hand, hard as phuk. Dropped weight for first time since cut started. Feels bad. I think just deconditioned today. Did chest 2 day ago and shoulders yesterday. Don't ask lol, strange week to workout.
Benching went from 245x4 to 230x4 lol.
I know I couldn't lose that much strength or muscle in 3 days, just a bad day likely but still sad. Wonder if it could be that I've never done a compound lift after another compound lift. Squats then bench maybe tuckered me out.Last edited by StrikingMoose; 09-21-2014 at 02:22 PM.

400 cals today and it needs to be basically all fat and a bit of protrin to hit my macros perfect lol. Only at 50g fat for the day. Wtf to eat other than just some oil or nuts that's almost all fat
I rarely go in the main forums either. Pug and mrbp answer most of the questions legitimately all the other answers are usually broscience or noscience idk where people get some of then hit they say
