Hey Guys,
I'm working on my new Goals. I have a lot of fat accumulated in my Chest and abdomen area, Weight training with minimum cardio was not showing the results as I expected. I have researched on the BB forums that doing HIIT along with getting low on carbs and eating clean would help me to remove excess fat. Upon reaching the goal, then do a clean bulk.
So far, I have been tracking my daily consumption in myfitness pal and foundout that I'm eating way too less calories even tough I feel full after each meal.
This is what I ate all day today.
BF:
2 whole eggs
10 oz 1 % milk
Chobani Yoggurt cup
Oat meal 1/2 cup
Lunch:
2 Egg whites
Garden Salad (Lettuce, Broccoli, Cucumber, Carrots)
Mega Protein Shake (40 gms Protein)
Snacks:
2 Corn Cobs
Starbucks 8 oz Latte to get me going at work
Supper:
Garden Salad
Grapes 1 Cup
100% Gold Whey 2 Gms
IM A VEGETARIAN
and approx Gallon of water.
Well all these came around Just approx 1300 Calories.
I did HIIT for 25 Mins, Abs for 15 mins. (Today was a rest day)
Am I good or do I need to up my calorie intake?
Appreciate the inputs.
