1 year tranformation, 19 years old
Sup guys, just wanted to share my 1 year transfo progress:
I started of 160lbs 6'1 18 years old, after seeing zyzz's transformation i thought it was possible....
Beginning:
160lbs 6'1
Then i started to lift, with no diet, just doing random isolation, didnt really get anywhere.
169lbs:
After some proper research, i decided to bulk and i got up to 190lbs (inb4 hairy, im fully shaven no lol)
then i decided to cut for a month:
and this is me now, before i start my cut on june 15, im sitting at 210lbs, looking to get up to 220...
what do u think brahs?
