Alright so im 17 and weigh 140 and would like some advice on how to get bigger.. i have current pictures i workout but latley i havent so im trying to get back into it and would like some help . and advice
and tell me if based on my pictures i look in shape?
let me have tips please im 17 140lbs 5'7
i need to lose fat and gan muscle and by looking at my pics wud u say im in shape??

Maximize your noob gains by eating more whilst lifting, then cut down say when you're about 18-20% bodyfat, don't go above that. Personally I dont like dirty bulking, really just go clean (150-200 calorie surplus) and I think that makes for better results are you're lean year round.
