Hey guys so I'm currently 223 at 6"0 and I would say im about 30% body fat.
I started at 245 about 2 and a half months ago and I've been losing a good amount of weight but the problem I'm having now is that for the past 2 weeks or so when I weigh in I'm always at 223.
I tried different scales and the one at my gym and it pretty much said the same thing.
My diet has been consistent, my caloric intake is between 1000-1500 calories each day. I also do 30 mins of cardio 5 days a week unless I'm bored of it then I just do strength training.
I'm not really sure what I should do, should I lower my calories under 1k or do something else? I pretty much fast throughout the day and eat between 5-8 pm.

Sounds like it stalled to me too, your intake is very low. Make sure you are getting enough water each day also.
I noticed on my last cut, that if you do alot of cardio "especially on a large deficit", keep track of your heartrate also. I saw that my HR is near 180 or so on the treadmill, but after going hard all week, by friday I couldn't seem to get it over 150, and my weight barely/didn't change that week. "I was doing 2+ hours cardio each day though"
edit - Almost same stats here also, going hard 5 days/week+ cardio, but gaining weight at 2200, I need to drop back to 1700-1900 to lose anything, everyones different.Last edited by Grelko; 04-10-2014 at 08:14 PM.
