Hey guys! Long time lurker, first time poster
I would like to share my transformation with you.
Height is 5'6"
It all started when I was weak and small, and didn't like very much how I looked like. But I knew I could do something to improve so I started lifting. I started with a home setup with adjustable dumbbells, and I only joined a gym when I was 3 months in. Even though I was skinny fat, I still decided to bulk, cause since I was a former fatty, being fat for some more time wouldn't mind me.
Initial lifts were something like Bench - 135 lbs, deadlift 185 lbs and 110 squat. All for one rep max, for a weight of 142lbs.
I went on a bulk for about 5 months and a half, and my 1 rep maxes were the following - Bench - 225lbs, Deadlift -335lbs and Squat - 275 (to parallel). I kinda dreamered on this bulk, as you will see on the pics, so I ended up weighing 171 lbs, all worth it though, due to the strength gains.
Then I decided to cut, which brings me where I am now. Currently weighing 154 lbs and my lifts actually maintained, with an increase of the Deadlift 1RM to 345. I'm now lifting on maintenance, and will follow a really lean bulk throughout summer
