Today was the best workout I've had as far as numbers go since my wreck a year and a half ago.

Also, I met a really cool lady at the gym today. She came up to me and complemented me on my squat form and since I'd been drooling over her arms I took the opportunity to tell her that she looked amazing. She said the other day she had some girls snicker about her muscles and that it bothered her for a minute but then she likes how she looks so she shook it off. I told her she's right where I want to be some day. She said she wanted to do shows and we chit-chatted a minute. It was so nice to meet another woman irl who lifts heavy and wants to have muscle...or does have muscles. Made my day.

    on to the workout

    Squat
    135x7
    185x5
205x4 - Pre Wreck Number...PR since wreck. oh yeah!
    205x4

    Deads
    135x7
205x1 - PR - Going down was ugly because of grip, but I locked it and that's all that matters to me. I think I am going to invest in hooks.

Back and chest day was yesterday!!

Since I didn't write it down last time hehe.
I went a little light yesterday because I've been feeling a little sick. Everything in our town is covered in thick pollen and I have pretty bad allergies so it's been rough.

CapsiBlast has been getting me through the lull. Will probably bump up to a scoop and a half taken with Women's Elite. Always about 20min before I start. I like to arrive already on beast mode, nomsayin?

    Warm up:
    Pull ups
4x10 @ bw (slow reps from dead hang)
    Dips
    4x 12 @ bw

Here's when I start chugging on GlutaBlast. I will be very depressed when this runs out.

    Working sets
    Iso row
    2x10 @ 100lbs (each arm)
    2x10 @ 95 lbs
    2x10 @ 90 lbs
    1x12 @ 80 lbs
    1x12 @ 70 lbs
    1x15 @ 60 lbs
    1x10 @ 45 lbs

    1arm cable pull down
    4x8 @ 90lbs

    Pull ups
    3x8 @ bw + 30lbs

    Dips
    3x8 @ bw + 30lbs

    Superset
    Pec deck
    4x10 @ 90lbs
    Push ups
4 x failure (went from 25 to like 9 lol)

    Round the worlds (chest)
3x8 @15lbs (don't laugh at low weight! Those things suck!!)

Have been a sweaty monster during training lately! I rarely used to sweat so this tells me the thermo is on point!

Diet has been on point these past 5wks of prep. Waist is down from my fluffy offseason 31in to a closer to stage ready 27.5in. Have also lost .75in off my hips. Some good stuff going on with this stack!

    Shameless selfie just cuz

Tomorrow is legs day!! Will post grumpy workout bc legs day is not fun. Gonna be chugging ProMera to make it through!

After that I walked 2 miles with my oldest son (almost 14) and he did this complete workout with me as well minus the squats. He did leg press. Afterward he talked me into running a bit and it just about killed me...we stuck with walking. lol Wednesday night we went fishing and flipped our boat so I got an unexpected workout treading water while I waited for everyone else to get up on a party barge that came to our rescue. (lesson about having a life jacket on rather than near you I guess) Everyone was fine, kiddos were shook up, but ok. We got the boat flipped back over and rescued most of our stuff out of the water as well. We're stubborn so today we went back so me and hubs ended up paddling our scanoe (similar to a canoe but wider) for 4 hours. Ended up with a pretty good workout over the last couple days.
Great back shot above Evin. And lots of volume Punky. Great job

Today was rest day....well it was supposed to have been rest day. I ended up going to the park with both of my boys. We did the fitness trail which is a mile and a half with exercise stations spread out. We jogged between the stations. Sit ups are hard for me because of so much fat in my mid section, but I ended up doing 30 situps. I'm happy with that for now. We had a lot of fun. Thank you promera....huge difference using gluta blast daily.

Evin wow you are looking fantastic!!!!

PC, I bet it feels great seeing your lifts going back up after your accident. It's always so hard rehabbing injuries. It can be very frustrating for sure. It's great that you're setting a good example for your boys with your healthy lifestyle and incorporating fitness into their lives also!

    Happy Monday!

That's awesome! I love those stations on the park trails, that's the most under-used free exercise resource I've ever seen, sad how most people don't take advantage of stuff like that.

I agree, I never see anyone else using them. There are 3 different parks here that have obstacles/exercise stations and my boys love to do them. I know my youngest will have me doing them a lot this summer since he's training to be a wide receiver for the Atlanta Falcons (he's 7) He "trains" every day.

I normally feel very weak. Well today I felt weak as normal. I did not want to go to the gym but I figured I'd give the sups a chance. So me, my son, and my chucks some how got my butt to they gym. I drank the cocktail of all 3 supps mentioned above on the way to the gym. I wasn't about to tear my doors off the hinges to get to the squat rack, but I managed not to drag my feet. I felt very weak tonight, everything felt heavy, but without the supps I wouldn't have made it through the squats much less the rest of my workout...who am I kidding, I wouldn't have made it to the gym. So, for anyone considering this stack, it may be worth a shot if you have low energy at certain times of the month. Also I normally have terrible leg pain around this time and it's non existent this time. I am using glutablast daily.
A lil late on this, but got to say, that's awesome. Thanks for sharing.

Just got back from the gym and tonight was kinda crazy on volume....I just didn't want to stop. I know I say that a lot, but I just don't want to leave when I get in the gym. The supps are helping me recover quicker, so why not push my body hard?

I deadlifted again tonight, and half way through a callous ripped off. I went to the "gym guy" lol and asked for a bandaid. He asked what for and I told him and said I had to finish my deadlifts. He basically said that was pretty bad@ss. lol He asked me how heavy I was lifting and I told him and then told him about my squat PR tonight. He said I had his respect and mentioned not many women lift as hard as I do. It's nice to get complements once and a while especially about my lifting.

ok, on to the crazy person workout I did tonight.

    Squats
    135x7
    215x4 - PR
    215x3

    80x5
    80x5
    80x3
    75x5
    75x4
    70x4

    Deads
    135x6
    185x1
    185x1
    185x1
    185x1
    185x1
    135x6

    320x4
    320x3

    Arnold presses
    20x10
    20x8
    20x8
    20x6

    bb rows
    65x8
    65x7
    65x5

butt blaster 3 sets of 6

    arnold presses again
    20x8
    20x8
    20x6

    standing calf raises
    140x8
    120x12
    120x10

    lat pulldowns
