does anyone thinking getting drunk one night a week will ruin progress?
I would be cutting calories to accomodate the alcohol and this would always be vodka or whiskey with zero calorie chaser, and it would always be just enough to get me drunk but sober enough to drive back home by the time I'm done

just ordered an ape athletics t shirt. im cautiously optimistic being that athletic fitting shirt dont typically work for. short torso, wide hips. probably should have got a large for a looser fit, but got the medium since thats usually my size when not bulked

I hurt my back a few months ago and so I'm just getting back into squatting and dead lifting again and deads are fine. First workout in 4 months and I hit 350 x 5 with no problem. But it's like I forgot how to squat. Brb 225 x 5 feels like 400lbs..ankle hurts knee hurts hips hurt barely hit depth

I'm going to order some Ape clothing once I get close to 10%bf and when my nippples aren't as puffy...cause I prob look like chit in a stringer or the tight fitted shirt right now.
Also wtf am I looking at?
Takes 2 or 3 weeks of solid squat sessions to get that feel/strength back, pls stay safe

Snatch Grip Deadlifts for dat glute/ham/quad activation.
Can get your butt much lower to the ground for the initial pull.
IMO for general leg/back training they beat conventional unless you're competing.
