This is where I got to last around 3 weeks ago, at 81kg (178) eating 22-2300 Cals with weekly YOLO refeeds. I decided to start reversing at that point, i'm at 2500 cals ATM and still sitting around 82kg. Hopefully staying around this weight while increasing calories 100 a week into lean bulk mode through till around sep and then spend a month or 2 leaning out for the summer period (Aus Kitesurf Brah).
