I started listening to Audiobooks a few weeks ago when I worked out for the first time and love it. I got so burnt out on all my music, it's a nice change of pace because everyday it's something different and really makes the time go by. I'm listening to Hannibal series now and working my way onto Song of ice and fire, which I'm very excited about.

Agreed, it really helps to pass the time. You have no idea how much I envy you, getting to read the song of ice and fire series for the first time. To say I am obsessed with it is a bit of an understatement. I just finished the audiobooks for a third read through and would give anything for a new one to read but George R R Martin is the slowest writer ever.

WB..you're doing great- keep up the good work.
The times where you feel you're stalling, don't falter- don't be afraid to fail, giving it your best is all that counts.
Recently added this quote from Bigdogfarmhands sig to my inspirational quotes list, "Be careful not to compromise what you want most for what you want now." Wise proverb that'll help anybody who uses it stay on course. Always remember the three D's of Success too- Desire, Discipline, Determination. Have a great day OP keep pursuing. The only way to have a friend is to be one.
As long as a man stands in his own way, everything seems to be in his way.

Anytime you encounter a setback remember that time you killed it and came back to lose 30 pounds. Very very few people can do that.

I hope so, I haven't owned a bike in, like, a decade. I might have to find something to sell, so I can get a decent one. Must have something lying around that I'm not using. :P
Speaking of 2,000 dollar bikes, my uncle bought a ricing bike at around 5-6 grand (USD) this summer. And he's already signed up for a charity drive from Denmark to Paris next summer, which comes with a mandatory bike purchase as well (sponsorship stuff).
Oh well, today I had to get to the neighboring town, so I took the bus there and walked back. 11½ km and I saved money. :P (I used that money for a local mars bar equivalent)"As our circle of knowledge expands, so does the circumference of darkness surrounding it."

Just an idea. Try doing close grip bench press first. Usually the bigger, compound movements are best for the first exercise. After that try to go in order of how much energy each one takes. The harder/more complex lifts are best for when you have the most energy in the beginning
