i almost run daily ( conditioning for outdoor soccer) id like to run fast on thred mill but when i put it on speed "11" the thred shuts down lol cant handle me

i heard if you take nano vaper and then do just 20 mins cardio per day no lifting your gains will be over 9000% greater than someone who lifts 7x per week natty doe.

i dont know man, when i sprinted we still did some endurance work. my cousin ran D1 200 and 400m, that motherfukker could run a mile in like 5 minutes easy.
and on the jogging is boring thing, i think its fun. sprints is boring as fukk, i also just dont feel like it works as good (for me) inb4 scientists

lol just curious, none of the sprints at my college are prescribed any type of training over 1 or 2 miles I believe atleast in-season.
I think most people have running for a long time, keep doing it if you enjoy it at the end of the day the difference between jogging and sprinting won't yield very difference results.
