First cut 176lbs (80kg) to 148lbs (67kg).

Hi all!
I´m from Portugal and i´m a workout/nutrition addicted heh.



This is my first cut, 176lbs (80kg) to 148lbs (67kg) in 4 months, ended at summer 2013 , I´ve made some mistakes but learned a lot.

I never entered a gym, i managed to get these results only by training at home with some dumbbells, barbells and a few weights, i can't afford much things so supplements i only used was whey bulk no flavor because its way cheaper.
Last 6 months i´ve been training with a friend in his garage which haves more cool stuff to workout.

I´m currently weighting 172lbs (79kg)

calorie deficit around 2200 calories

180protein 200g carbs 70g fats

green tea + hiit 1 or 2 time a week and 5 day training chest/back/shoulders/legs/arms
