So I decided to pop the question and she said yes! So a little back story for anyone who might read this. I used to be a decent size guy until one day I tried to bench press much more than I was able to do safely. It ended badly with me in the hospital with a torn pectoral. Went through the whole goodness of surgery etc. Well I've decided for the wedding I'm going to get back in to shape. My future wife has never seen me at my best other than old pictures and I figure if she wants me at my worst then she deserves me at my best. Seeing that I'm just getting back in to it I'm going to try out this Fierce 5 workout. I like the setup and the author who came up with it seems to really know what he is doing.
I will be slightly changing it though. Nothing major, just switching out bench press for floor press (my shoulder is a little messed up and it takes the stress off it) and Deadlift is switched up to a snatch grip deadlift because I've always had better results with. K lets get started. Dropped the weight quite a bit because I didn't want to top out to fast.
Numbers won't exactly be right, normally measure fasted in the morning. Today I ate like crap and then measured. O well. Need to start eating well again.
