    Enough time to prep?

Okay, I've been trying to plan if I have enough time to finish this bulk and cut and be ready for this local show on March 30. 2015. I'm 200 right now, will I be able to hit 220-240 by mid August? Or is that to much fat in a short time frame? If I counted right it would give me around 33 weeks. Should I bulk longer and have a shorter cut (It would give me 20 something weeks). Thanks for the help and opinions

I would say. Too much fat. You do not need to gain that much and diet for that long. My advice would be to not blow up so much and stay leaner throughout the year. When it comes time to diet, you won't have to diet as long and will naturally keep more muscle and look bigger. Dieting eats up muscle. The less dieting you can do the better. No need for Bulking ego. You do not need to be an unclean 240.

Probably around 12% maybe more. I still have some abs and definition. When I get a chance I'll upload some new pics. And from today the show is 58 weeks away, but I'm counting for when I do my cut, which I wanna do towards the middle/end of August. That gives me around 26-33 weeks to cut, from my goal weight of 240(if I even hit it, because I'm not sure if it's smart to do or would I get to fat). I'm not doing any gear either btw all natty no protein no creatine brah ;p

well if its 30.03.14 this is 56 weeks 4 days from today.

anyway yuu still havnt said what the show is for, ill go ahead and assume body building what weight class are you entering?or age class?
    whats your height/ stats ect
40llbs muscle without protein or creatine ...what? diet without protein... this is the building blocks of muscle you should be taking in at least 90g of protein a day there is nothing unnatural about protein or creatine.

how long have you been training ...you need to provide alot more info here to get any decent answers

By the sounds of this i would rework your diet and train hard and consistent
