    I am switching proteins. Based on you experience, please indicate one that was efficient in terms of putting on lean mass. Thanks. I really don't care about the taste, that is not what I am asking about.

    You need to learn that protein shakes are not magic...

    If you need shakes to hit your protein for the day that's fine.

    Beef protein isolate is a poor source of protein. It's generally made from collagen/gelatin.

    Okay... Let me run you through the science of this. Protein powders won't directly increase weight/strength. They're simply to SUPPLEMENT protein when you don't attain enough from foods.

    Contrary to popular belief, I dont actually bench 900lbs, as stated in my username.

    Supplement Stack:
    -Orange Triad

    -MusclePharm Fish Oil
    -Caffeine Tablets

    Nutritional ketosis requires explicit reduction of CHO intake to generally lower than 50 g/d and, for some, <30 g/d. Protein must also be restricted, often to <1.8 g/d per kg body mass and sometimes to < 1.2 g/d per kg, with remaining calories composed from fat.

    Look at the top rated proteins in the store. But to save you some time, ON 100% Gold Standard Whey and Phase8 are both really good proteins. Phase8 is a blended protein and slower release than gold standard whey
