Mixing Yogurt with Cheese, a good idea?

Thinking of trying that today, how does that sound? Anyone else did that?

Is it part of some larger recipe?

If it's just the two, I can't honestly say it sounds all that good....

No, just yogurt with a slice of cheese. Doing that for added calories and protein. Plus easy mixing too.

Why not just eat them separately? Maybe yogurt with some berries, and a hunk of cheese on the side. Sounds much more tolerable to me.

Taste is personal though. No reason not to try it, and see what you think.

Well I tried it, the taste was horrible and its hard on stomach. Would rather eat them both separately.
