Is it better to squat with neutral spine or arched?

Been have lower back issues anytime I perform compound movement. I think it's the years of training with an arched back now tryna focus more on neutral spine like how this video shows

Yeah I had the same issues! I ended up having to stay away from the gym for almost 8 months just so that I could heal up and then came back and focussed on neutral. Made all the difference in the world.

I can't play those videos on my phone (I'm overseas without a computer) without some effort, but from the preview pics on the videos, the guy in number 2 has got it right with his positioning, except I wouldn't lean so far forward on a squat (although it seems to be demonstrating deadlifts). Natural arch in lower back and chest up, heels planted on the floor.
Use the tools of the trade to help you. I use devices such as chalk for grip strength, gloves, wrist straps, lifting belts - if it helps you lift more, it's all good. - Ronnie Coleman, Hardcore, 2007 Triumph Books

Biggest question in bodybuilding: Whaddaya bench? As I've said before, it doesn't matter how much you bench; it matters how much you look like you bench... There's no round on stage that's the benchpress round. - Bob Chicherillo, World Class Physique, CMG

Newbies are told to 'arch their backs' because they don't know the difference between flat and arched. A flat back is what I use whilst squatting and pulling.

i been lifting for four years i think when the weights start getting real heavy that arch can be dangerous this my fourth month now with this injury and i might have to do what you did just step away for a while and let it heal..when i go try to squat heavy weights feels like my spine is being crushed.
