I've taken kre-alkalyn in the past and gained a lot of strength in a short period of time, although I don't necessarily remember gaining mass (although I was eating the same amount of calories for six months at the time). My questions is, even if I know taking creatine or kre-alkalyn will help me pump more iron, is there even a point of lifting more weight not knowing how much more I can do and risk injuring myself? Won't I have the same gain if I'm eating a lot?

Why get stronger if it can increase the risk of getting hurt? Logical reason?

Because being stronger decreases risk of injury?

If I can squat 300lbs for 8 reps of 3 sets without supplementation but can squat 305lbs for 8 reps of 3 sets with supplements, I would use the supplements lol Is there an increased rate of injury? Well, there's no official studies on it, but I'm guessing the 5lbs difference in weight lifted wouldn't make my form go to sh!t all of a sudden. And I haven't taken a supplement that has all of a sudden increased my lifts by a significant amount.
