how many pills a day for progressive active men multivitamins?

im on a 2300 calorie cut with some veggies but barely any fruit for calorie purposes so im just wondering if 2 pills a day is enough?

Honestly a multivitamin isn't going to make a huge impact either way, but 2 should be okay. As he said, 3 is probably ideal and whatever you don't use you'll just pee out for a majority of them.

what brand is it? MET-Rx has a multi called Active Man, but i don't recall the label looking like that..

its not the metrx one its by progression. and im saying 2 coz 3 might go to waste and its mostly fruits i dont eat, veggies just salads
