    Ab Problem

    I'm 5'8" 180 right now, been on a bulk for a little and plan to continue it for another 2 months (before summer of course). I've noticed good gains in my lifts and decent size gains but also little to no fat gains.

    The thing is I've been on a dirty bulk (it's the only way I seemed to be able to put on weight. The only fat I have noticeable is in my stomach area (sticks out a little farther than my chest), however when I flex my abs they look fine.

    Looking for tips on how to get rid of the stomach issue? I basically can't pinch *** anywhere else on my body but my stomach..

    Only way to get rid of stomach fat is to cut your calories. You can't spot reduce. When you're done with your bulk, cut your calories by the appropriate amount but keep your protein high (1 gram per lb. of body weight).
