I'm 5'8" 180 right now, been on a bulk for a little and plan to continue it for another 2 months (before summer of course). I've noticed good gains in my lifts and decent size gains but also little to no fat gains.
The thing is I've been on a dirty bulk (it's the only way I seemed to be able to put on weight. The only fat I have noticeable is in my stomach area (sticks out a little farther than my chest), however when I flex my abs they look fine.
Looking for tips on how to get rid of the stomach issue? I basically can't pinch *** anywhere else on my body but my stomach..
