I almost dropped a 90 lb DB on my balls, but I don't think I ever ran into someone else

Hella strong bench work wish! Big weights for all those high reps!
Scary stuff having someone slam Into the bar while benching! Glad you're ok- that could have ended very badly!PRs: Back Squat- 410x1 / Front Squat- 320x1/ Bench- 325x1 / Deadlift- 505x1

Will the benches are somewhat back to back with enough room to walk behind or have a spotter. Him an his friend was removing the weight from the bar they were using and somehow the friend dropped his weight an that guy was jumping back out of the way. It pi**ed me off but I was just thankful it wasn't worse. He apologized for it several times an gave me all his info said if have to see a doctor that he will pay for it.
Yeah it's like you have to watch others more than you do yourself. Then they look at you like you did something wrong SMH..
Ouch that would've really been painful. My gym is like they have all this equipment an they try to cram it in a small space.
Thanks woody! Not going to lie it did scare the chit out of me.ᕙ(͡°‿ ͡°)

Strong benching today Wish! Sucks about the guy bumping into the bar, could have been a lot worse. I'm always afraid something like that is going to happen to me since the gym is usually crowded and benches are close.

Hey wish if you wanna come out to WI, im setting up a home gym in the garage, got about 600lbs worth of plates, a couple bars, a ****ty old time bench, and my squat rack is 3 tupperware totes about 3 feet apart from one another that I set the weights on, BUT, we can blast music, grunt, throw chit around, and set pr's.
So are you in, or are you in.

Good Lord! Do we all belong to gyms that have idiots in them?!? I think I would be willing to pay extra to go to a gym that requires you take a test before allowing you to join. And I'm talking written, as well as a demonstration test. If you can't pass both, sorry, not allowed to join.
Anyways, still looks like a pretty good session. Hope the shoulder does give you any lingering problems.

Yeah I would like a less crowded gym.
It was more or less his friends fault because he almost dropped 45lb plat on the guys foot that's why he feel into my bar jumping out of the way of that. I was pi**ed at first but the guy kept apologizing saying if I need to see a doctor or whatever he'd pay for it.
Yeah shoulder was a little stiff on squats this morning but I managed. I think him seeing what he did scared him more just knowing it could've been worse
Lol that's what I want is a home gym.. I'll just fly out train an fly back
Lol yeah some people just don't understand the dangers of not paying attention an being aware of your surroundings..
Still a bit achy an slightly stiff this morning but some better
Lol be newlyweds foreverᕙ(͡°‿ ͡°)
