I just started taking weight lifting seriously and right now I only do bench press and can only bench 135 twice...
I don't do incline or decline just flat bench and dumbbell curls...
I need to lift my chest I think and than get it puffed out thats what I want to have well defined pectoral muscles.
right now i'm at 28 percent bodyfat according to my bathroom scale but I heard that's not accurate.
I don't go to a gym but i'm thinking about joining one because I have a lot of work to do and i'm also coming back from an intense weight loss.
this is what I looked like 5 years ago.

looks like you lost a lot of weight and now have excess skin with some remaining excess body fat, based on your profile pictures. Try putting more muscle on shoulders and chest and back, which will pull the skin back more. However then you'll still have to lose body fat in order to get rid of man boobs.
Find a good weight lifting program for whole body, since muscle mass everywhere will help you to increase your overall resting metabolic rate and help you lose fat faster. There are a lot of great muscle building programs here on bb.com.AI Sports Nutrition Rep
