What do your calories/macros look like while cutting/bulking?
*Look at reflection in car window and flex every time crew*
*Use half the roll to wipe after a poo crew*
*Fart in the gym and blame rotten smell on faulty ventilation crew*
*Fart at home and blame it on the dog crew*
*Watch neutron-star density poop mock me as water flushes around it and it stays put crew*
*Drive 2 minutes in the summer and back of shirt gets completely wet crew*
*Coffee black as midnight on a moonless night crew*
*Fat shame my cat on a daily basis crew*

Not really. My entire life I have resented drug use for its effects on family members and friends. The only other bodybuilder in my family died of a drug overdose. My sister dealt with drug abuse issues. My Uncle is dead from a drug overdose. Ive dealt with friends dying of drug overdose. Girlfriends cheating on me and using drugs.. Like I said I really have a moral objection to drug use. I won't even take aspirin unless I have a fever. I'm a christian too so my faith in God really empowers me as a person and I'd like to believe I am very strong willed. I look up to athletes like Adrian Petersen, Drew Brees, Derrick Rose, Micheal Jordan.. all guys with incredible will power.
2700-2800 cals 50%protein 25%fat and 25%carbs when cutting, 3500 cals 40p 30c 30f when bulking, really i dont pay much attention to my macros when im bulking as long as im making strength gains and not putting on too much fat, try to stay around 13-15% bfp when bulkinghttp://www.simplyshredded.com/graham-hill-interview.html

Keep trying new things man, be innovative. Its literitally impossible for anyone to say theyve mastered weight lifting. There are so many ways to change it up, a lifetime isn't enough. Don't stress over it, be happy and stay positive. Learn to love the pursuit. I know I do. Study up on diet Nutrition and exercise science. Use knowledge to empower yourself. Don't be afraid of getting fat or even losing muscle. You have to experiment with different bulking and cutting diets. I literally just depleted my glycogen storage to almost nothing so I could hit a reset button on the storage. Now im filling back out and really focusing on my weakpoints.
