Woah. Seems like a lot of volume and intensity to run twice a week. My vote is absolutely not, but hey if it works for you thats great. However, stop going to "complete failure" on each exercise. That is what you're doing, failing. Failure is a tool that should be used sparingly. You should aim to walk out of the gym with a little gas in the tank. Would you rather leave your car overnight on empty or with a few miles?

well in my opinion it is a bit too much for just one workout. i know you put the number of sets, but are you going heavy or is this like a 20 rep sets type of deal? i would break it in half and do half of them on one day and the other half the second day and make sure i'm going hard and heavy, as low as 6 reps to really push those muscle fibers. also remember it's not just training, it's supplementation, nutrition and rest that play a role in muscular growth. if it's all on point, then you shouldnt feel like you're overtraining, but only you would know that.

if you arent feeling over trained and your weights are sustaining and youre seeing growth, then no, not over training....are you training back as much? make sure youre training back just as much/more...you dont want to round your shoulders...could also create strain on the posterior delts/traps.

Holy crap, why on earth do you think you need to do all those sets and exercises for chest in one workout????? thats freaking over 70 sets!!!!!........i have way more experience than you do and i rarely ever do more than 15 sets for chest in a given workout. Not claiming that my way is the only way, but in all my years ive never even seen someone do 70 sets for a bodypart in one workout LOLOLOLL. Even guys on roids dont even do anything close to that much volume

Given proper caloric intake probably not "overtraining", however it's pretty useless to do that many sets per muscle group in one day. If doing it twice weekly I'd stick to two presses and a fly, that's about all you need given progression and calories.
