Reminds me of this dude on another forum I use to post. He would post his squat videos from the front and they were clearly high and my other friend who would post on the forum too would say the same. The guy was prepping for a powerlifting meet so I wanted to be nice and let him know ahead of time he was gonna bomb out with squats like that. So I asked if he could do a side view cuz they looked high. He tried to play it all off like I'm wrong, he knows what he's doing and his training room at home is too small to film from the side. He went to the comp and bombed out. He tried to then blame the judges.

Just checked out his channel now and it looks like he's still filming from the front and doing some of the worse squats you'll ever see...

What the hell did I just watch...

Exactly my thoughts, just deliver it correctly and it'll help people as long as they don't take it wrongly (offensively)

Agree with everybody that quoted me. As for that 360 squat.. how could he have that on video and still not be aware of whats wrong with it? Is he working through some sort of injury?

I always thought this dude has weird form, it's wide but he starts the squat with his knees, it just looks weird and not the best use of his leverages. But check out this vid he just posted, I'm surprised stuff didn't snap when he started moving laterally.

I wanted to start 2014 off sexually, especially directed at you since you're so strong. Although I took a neg in the face from judge for my avi it is my NYE conditioning and what I will be started at for a baseline into this new year of training.

As for the head being tilted, not sure, was pretty yucky at that point and when I went to change into something a bit nicer I decided to take a selfie. I could say the same thing about your bicep photoshoot avi but who am I to judge since you pull a lot.

i also don't like it when people do staggered unracks or the fact that we have a monolift here and people don't call for a different rack height but then basically do a calf press to get the bar out... dumb.


also, amp don't lie you just love selfies. i think all of us in the 275+ club should start taking selfies like amp and post them

No one will probably agree with me, but I approach 16 weeks of dieting with as much pride as someone would for 16 weeks of training prep for a meet. I have yet to compete but anyone with a meet avi its the same thing as a diet selfie just with a singlet on.
