    3 days out from meet. Any last minute tips to bear in mind with regards to making weight?

    Competing in 82.5kg class. I weighed myself at 82.7kg in the morning. I realise that's basically nothing but any small suggestions so that I'm not adding 0.2kg come meet day?

    From what I can remember when I last looked most say to cut water 12 hours from weigh-in, so I'd stop drinking water at 8pm. Sound okay or no need with such a small weight to lose? I remember last time I cut out water and food just to be on the safe side but this time I'm much closer to 82.5kg.

    Whoever posted that recipe a while back that was some kind of fudge with coconut oil, peanut butter, cocoa powder, etc. a while back, I owe you reps for life. I've been having different combinations as a night time snack just about every night. The combination of coconut oil and nutella is probably the most delicious thing I have ever tasted.
