3 days out from meet. Any last minute tips to bear in mind with regards to making weight?
Competing in 82.5kg class. I weighed myself at 82.7kg in the morning. I realise that's basically nothing but any small suggestions so that I'm not adding 0.2kg come meet day?
From what I can remember when I last looked most say to cut water 12 hours from weigh-in, so I'd stop drinking water at 8pm. Sound okay or no need with such a small weight to lose? I remember last time I cut out water and food just to be on the safe side but this time I'm much closer to 82.5kg.202.5/135/245. Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=165241801.

Whoever posted that recipe a while back that was some kind of fudge with coconut oil, peanut butter, cocoa powder, etc. a while back, I owe you reps for life. I've been having different combinations as a night time snack just about every night. The combination of coconut oil and nutella is probably the most delicious thing I have ever tasted.

so i literally have nothing better to do at work right now so i made a handy dandy collage.
let me expound. top picture is the "original". the second was posted on ******** after that with a slight rotation adjustment to give illusion of depth. third was just posted a while ago and his knees are clearly photoshopped. i hate this sport sometimes.
