Wake up
500ml coffee
1L water
100 cal 'snack' (don't like training fully fasted)...yogurt/kashi
Gym
Water wakes me up (and keeps me from feeling dehydrated/sick during workout, especially with the coffee), coffee gives me energy, snack keeps me satiated until after workout.
Whatever works for you, but through trial and error I've found I like that the best.

4am wake up take caffine pill
430am Lift
630 - 1115am office job
1115 - 1230 ultimate frisbee
1230-430pm office job
6pm dinner and hit my macros
8/9pm bed time.
everyone does it differently and can produce the same results... do what works for youIs wine not an essential macro?
